How long does it take to process my application?
A: Once we receive your completed application and associated forms, and all checks are completed, you will be signed up and ready to go. This should take less than 24 business hours
What do I need to send to factor my invoices?
A: You will need to send a copy of the signed rate sheet and signed proof of delivery. We then create the invoice, bill the customer, and send you your money. We make this as hassle-free for you as possible.
How long does it take to get paid?
A: As long as there aren’t any unforeseen issues with the load and verification, you will be paid the day we receive your paperwork, usually within 24 hours.
When an over-payment to PTL is received, where does the overpaid amount go?
A: The amount that is overpaid to PTL is issued back to the carrier.
How is the money sent to me?
A: Your pay is sent directly into your account by bank wire or ACH within 24 hours.
Do I need to have a minimum volume monthly?
A: No. We do not require that you have a minimum monthly volume to factor with us.
